What are your Hours: Although we have classes throughout the week, our gallery is only open to the general public on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. If you wish to visit the gallery at any other time you can call and arrange an appointment with one of our staff.
What is the minimum age to take a class: Participants must be at least 10 years old and accompanied by an adult.
What should I wear to the class: Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing, cotton is best. Closed toed shoes are recommended but not required. Dress comfortable, it gets warm when you are working.
I can't see the calendar to register for a class: The calendar is a "Pop-Up", you must allow pop-ups for our site or change your security setting to allow them in order to see the calendar. If you are doing this at work, you will probably need to wait until you can use your home computer to register. On a mobile device the calendar does not always show up, if you are on a mobile device and have trouble booking try on your home computer.
When are your classes: We are available for classes seven days a week at various times. Groupon classes are held on the weekends, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Availability changes quickly so all class booking is done online and not by phone. You may use the Classes and Workshops tab to find classes and available dates and times. If you are interested in a private event or party, you can email or call us for more information.
What Groupon class do I sign up for: The Groupon you purchased is only valid for the Seasonal Introduction to Glassblowing or the Personal Paperweight, depending on which class you purchased. Those classes can be found in the "Groupon and Living Social Classes" group under the Classes and Workshops tab on the menu.
My Groupon is expired, can I still use it: We honor the vouchers for up to 3 months following the expiration date. After that time only the face value can be used towards the class. We ask that you book your class before your Groupon expires but the class you book may be for a date past your expiration.
When can I pick up the pieces I make: The pieces are available 48 hours following the class in most cases. We hold them for up to 30 days and then donate them to various charities unless notified otherwise by you. If you wish to have your piece shipped you can pay a small additional fee at the class and we will ship it within 48 hours of your class.
I need to change/cancel my reservation for a class: You can use the "contact" form on this website to notify us of the class you wish to cancel. Please note, we recommend that you first find and register for a new class, before cancelling an existing one. Note: We have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy to which there are no exceptions. If you cancel under 48 hours of your class, or do not attend the class, you will lose your deposit or your voucher will be redeemed and voided. Again, in fairness to everyone, there are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
Do you host parties or group events: Yes we do! We have various team building workshops that we host, to arrange for private classes and parties you can email us at [email protected] or call, 602-454-9342.
